This project explores quantitative and qualitative constraints as generative parameters for transit-oriented design (TOD). Based on Zaha's macro toolbox-oriented masterplan, data-driven evaluation, transit system, and typology micro-toolbox are developed to improve the accessibility, street vitality, and urban environment of One-North. The project also looks at the implementation and future development based on the urban management system and attempts to promote the toolboxes as a guideline suitable for all urban design scenarios.
